These terms cover joining the 9tiles waitlist and playing 9tiles Charm Quotient. See also our Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of terms
By joining the waitlist, or by asking us to email your Charm Quotient results, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't submit the form.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist or play Charm Quotient. At this stage, the waitlist is open to people based in Australia (and, informally, New Zealand); we may restrict this further as we approach launch.
What the waitlist is
Joining the waitlist does not create an account and does not give you access to any live matching or dating functionality — 9tiles has not launched. We'll contact you using the details you provide when your group opens.
Charm Quotient
Charm Quotient is for fun. Your match's replies and your scores are generated by AI, aren't a judgement of you, and aren't part of how 9tiles matches people. There are no prizes.
Please don't use a nickname, or give answers, that are offensive, impersonate someone else, or include anyone else's personal details. We may remove nicknames, games or leaderboards, and may change or end the game or its leaderboards, at any time.
Leaderboards are visible to anyone with the link. If you ask for your results by email, we'll send them to you, along with leaderboard updates and news and offers from 9tiles. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of these emails.
Free month offer
If you join the waitlist, you'll get one month of 9tiles premium features free after we launch, on the account created from your waitlist entry. It can't be exchanged for cash or transferred, and only applies once per person.
Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate information and to join the waitlist only once, using your own details.
No guarantee of access or timing
We don't guarantee that you'll be invited, or when. We open in small groups and may change how the list works at any time.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, and design associated with 9tiles and this waitlist belong to us or our licensors.
Liability
The waitlist and Charm Quotient are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the waitlist or the game, or delays in invitations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the waitlist and, later, the app evolve. We'll update the “last updated” date above when we do.
