By joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't submit the form.

You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist. At this stage, the waitlist is open to people based in Australia (and, informally, New Zealand); we may restrict this further as we approach launch.

Joining the waitlist does not create an account and does not give you access to any live matching or dating functionality — 9tiles has not launched. We'll contact you using the details you provide when your group opens.

You agree to provide accurate information and to join the waitlist only once, using your own details.

We don't guarantee that you'll be invited, or when. We open in small groups and may change how the list works at any time.

All content, branding, and design associated with 9tiles and this waitlist belong to us or our licensors.

The waitlist is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the waitlist or delays in invitations.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by emailing privacy@9tiles.com.

We may update these terms as the waitlist and, later, the app evolve. We'll update the “last updated” date above when we do.
